What is your processing time on orders?

Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. I make every effort to expedite order shipments promptly. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and in cases  where Monday is a holiday, I also ship on Saturdays.

I just ordered, when will i receive it?

Usually, the majority of domestic orders are expected to reach you within 5-7 business days. While I will make every effort to adhere to these shipping estimates, please be aware that I cannot provide a guarantee.

The actual delivery timeline relies on the postal service, and once the package is scanned by the post office, I have no control over its transit duration. Please note that I cannot be held liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or unsuccessful deliveries of your package.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Currently, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges. If, however, you encounter any dissatisfaction or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at beautifulfountaincandles@gmail.com, and we will gladly assist you resolve the issue.

Do you offer wholesale or custom order?

Yes, we can do wholesale orders and custom candles for any event! Please reach out to us here.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we do not ship internationally. In the future, we are actively exploring international shipping options to provide our products to customers worldwide. Stay tuned for updates as we work towards expanding our global reach and serving customers internationally.
